UNIT BASE The unit base is made of sheet steel finished with 2-layer epoxy paint. Base height is 75mm.
ALUMINUMFILTERS The filter chambers are designed for easy mounting and demounting. The following types of filters are used
PRE – FILTERS
Normally, Class EU3 or Class EU4 synthetic filters in configuration are used as pre-filters. For EU3 Class filters the maximum capacity is 2000 cfm
BAG FILTERS
These filters are made of synthetic media with filtration qualities of EU5, EU6, EU7, 9 F-6 and F-9 Classes. For bag filters the maximum allowable air flow changes with bag length and pocket number. According to the airflow of AHU, bag length and number of pockets are determined.
DRAIN PAN: S.S. (304)
Drain pan is sloped to allow no standing water and keep it “always dry”, which reduce the harmful factors to health to the minimum level.
FANS SECTION
The supply and return fans are statically and dynamically balanced, belt driven, double inlet centrifugal fans. In systems with low, medium and high duct pressures backward curved fans are used. In high-pressure systems double inlet fans with backward curved centrifugal fans can be used as well. Fans are supplied with flexible connections between the fan discharge outlet and unit casing and fan motors are mounted on rubber vibration absorbers in the
unit casing. The power supply for fan motors is 380V, 50Hz and protection and insulation classes for the motors are Ip54 and F respectively.
DAMPERS
Air handling units are equipped with multi blade, low leakage, and heavy duty dampers to control the air flow rate by introducing resistance to air flow in the system. Dampers are available with parallel blades and opposed blades. Links are provided for either manual or motorized operation. The following dampers are available.
COOLING COIL SECTION
Manufactured from seamless copper tubes, mechanically expanded into aluminum fins. DX (Direct expansion) Or Chilled Water type to suit the client needs. Drain pan and drain pipe are supplied as standard under the cooling coil. To avoid water carry-over at high velocity, made of galvanized blades, is mounted after the cooling coil.
